Welcome to GEO's 2014 International Education Week Student Photo Contest!
EXTENDED SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Monday, November 3, 2014
There are 8 categories of subject matter for this year's photo competition. Students may submit only one photo per category. If a student submits more than one photo to any category, it will be deleted from the competition but may still be used in UNM promotional materials. Students may begin submitting their photos on October 1, 2014. The deadline for submissions has been EXTENDED and ends on November 3, 2014. GEO will accept a maximum of 100 photos for each category. Please submit the highest resolution and highest quality photos possible!

All submitted photos will be reviewed by a selection committee beginning November 4, 2014. 20 nominated photos will be presented for public voting at the International Cook-off on Monday, November 17, 2014. The general public voting at the Cook-off will determine the first, second and third place. The winners will be announced at the Global Get-down at Bandido's Hideout on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 8PM.  The submission categories are as follows:

• Photo of an International Group of People 
• Photo of an International Landscape 
• Photo of New Mexico with People
• Photo of New Mexico Landscape only
• Photo of UNM with People
• Photo of UNM Landscape only
• Capture It: What Does Global Education Mean To You?
• Capture it: What Is An International Citizen?
